Board approves amendments to MGT agreements for prosecutor and Friend of the Court

Under motion FA-101-26 the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners approved amendments to the MGT agreements used by the prosecutor’s office and the Friend of the Court and authorized the Board Chairman to sign the necessary agreements. Commissioner Bill Sarkella moved the action and Commissioner Roger Ballard seconded; minutes record the motion carried.
The minutes do not include the text of the amendments; the action authorizes county leaders to execute the updated agreements and file the signed documents with the county clerk.
