Freewater Park ribbon cutting delayed; minutes approved and later amended on tennis rule

The minutes of the March 17 meeting were subsequently approved at the April 21 meeting (motion by John Mitchell, seconded by Ryan Westman) and included a note amending the tennis court update: staff later confirmed the Oregon State Athletic Association would allow both tennis and pickleball lines when the Yantis Park courts are replaced.
