Kenwood board approves construction amendments and change orders, caps paint change order at $130,000

The board passed Phase 1 Completion Amendment No. 01 from the Inspector of Record and approved a form of amendment to add a project to the agreement for Inspector of Record Amendment No. 01 Phase 2. Trustees also approved Change Order #010 for additional paint per RFP #2 with the clarification that the change order shall not exceed $130,000.
Trustee Teresa Jepson moved approval of Phase 2 Increment 2 Change Order #3 AMS, seconded by Trustee Javier Tenorio; that motion also carried. The approvals advance phased construction work the district reported was completed or ongoing over the summer; the minutes do not include contractor names or full cost breakdowns beyond the $130,000 paint cap.
