Kenwood trustees approve audits, SARC and service contracts; choose negotiators

The Kenwood School District Board of Trustees met Jan. 8, 2026, in the Kenwood School Library and approved a slate of routine but substantive items, including the 2024–25 School Accountability Report Card (SARC) and several audit reports. The board approved the consent agenda and then took individual action on audit certifications and contracts reported in the agenda. Pat Alexander moved approval of the SARC; Javier Tenorio seconded the motion, which passed.
Board members also approved the Measure F financial and Measure F performance audits for 2024–25, and the district certified corrective actions from the audit for the same year. The meeting record notes that James Larson moved approval of the consent agenda and that Teresa Jepson seconded. The minutes show the meeting began at 4:00 p.m. and adjourned at 4:32 p.m.
