Select Board Chair Denis Royer II presided over the meeting, which listed Select Board members Tim Simpson and Joe Solinsky among attendees and was submitted by Patti McClure, Town Clerk & Treasurer.
Adam Bruggeman, a member of the public listed in the attendance, reported limited nuisance activity by all-terrain vehicles, saying, "other than people at the intersection doing donuts and making ruts in the road on occasion, people have been pretty respectful and no real complaints." Shane Heath, identified in the transcript as highway foreman, added that he has "hasn’t been much going on with the roads and ATV’s as far as he is concerned," indicating no significant or ongoing road issues reported to highway staff.
