At the Jan. 27 meeting the board approved Dec. 30 and Jan. 13 minutes, approved Treasurer and Payroll Warrants #68–70, and voted to remove the Town Administrator’s Report from the agenda; all recorded motions passed 4-0.
The Hope Select Board approved the Dec. 30, 2025, minutes and the Jan. 13, 2026, minutes, each by a recorded 4-0 vote. The board also approved Treasurer’s and Payroll Warrants #68, #69 and #70 with a 4-0 vote.
At the start of the meeting the board voted 4-0 to remove the Town Administrator’s Report from the agenda. The minutes note that Sarah Ann Smith arrived late; recorded votes on motions were 4-0, indicating one member was not voting at those times. The board reminded attendees that the next meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will offer a remote option.
