Sutton Select Board approves October minutes and Treasurer’s report

At its Dec. 5 meeting, the Sutton Select Board unanimously approved three sets of minutes and accepted the Treasurer’s Report for Dec. 5, 2024. The board also distributed a delinquent tax report and modified the agenda to include signing an Errors and Omissions form for the 2024 grand list.
The Sutton Select Board convened Dec. 5, 2024, and approved three sets of minutes: the ATV Annual Meeting minutes (Oct. 31, 2024), the Select Board meeting minutes (Oct. 31, 2024) and a Special Select Board meeting on Nov. 14, 2024. Board member Tim Simpson made the motions to accept the minutes; Chair Denis Royer seconded each motion and the board recorded that each motion passed.
The board also accepted the Treasurer’s Report for Dec. 5, 2024, following a motion by Denis Royer and a second from Tim Simpson. A delinquent tax report was handed out during the meeting and the board added an agenda modification to sign the Errors and Omissions form for the 2024 grand list.
