Winner School District updates library appeals process and purchasing thresholds

The board also approved a separate motion to update Policy 3.22 regarding minimum purchasing amounts, also by a 5-0 vote. Minutes do not include the full replacement text for either policy; the board recorded that the changes were approved and that the business of implementing the revisions will be handled administratively.
Both items were routine policy updates approved without recorded public comment and will be added to the district’s policy manual.
