ESF contract in place for NWRA 33 cleanup; district to reinspect tree ownership

The board recorded that Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) executed a contract for cleanup activities on NWRA 33 and that vegetation removal is underway. District Manager Chuck Adams said the contract has been executed and that District Engineer Kurt Heath will inspect the area and coordinate any necessary repairs.
Separately, Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a report of a dead tree behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. Mr. Heath's initial inspection concluded that "the partially dead oak tree is actually on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive, and not near any CDD-owned easements," and he will re‑inspect the area to confirm ownership and next steps for removal or remediation.
The board added a follow-up action item for the engineer to coordinate repairs where ESF's vegetation removal affects infrastructure and to report findings to the board.
