Heritage Pines CDD accepts unaudited Dec. 31, 2024 financials and approves amended minutes

District Manager Chuck Adams presented the Heritage Pines CDD’s unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024 and answered questions about the BankUnited investment account, the interest rate being earned and bank statements. On motion by Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Michael Walsh, the Board unanimously accepted the unaudited financial statements. Staff will resend the financial statements to the Board for further review.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting minutes for approval with corrections. The Board approved the following changes: change "Vaughn" to "Vaughan," delete Line 21, change "Mr. Hurley" to "Mr. Gatz," and change "Mr. Walsh" to "Mr. Rhodes." On motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, the amended minutes were approved.
