Heritage Pines board elects officers, removes prior assistant secretary

The Heritage Pines Community Development District board unanimously adopted Resolution 2025‑01 on Dec. 10, 2024, electing Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair and confirming Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries.
The Resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the Assistant Secretary role and left previously made appointments in place, including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Chuck Adams and Jeff Pinder in assistant positions. The motion was made by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, and carried "with all in favor."
