Commission approves June minutes and distributes list of officials for Aug. 6 election

The Coffee County Election Commission approved minutes from its June 9, 2026 meeting during the July 9 session. Commissioner Larry McIntosh moved to approve the prior meeting minutes; Commissioner Carol Berthay seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Administrator Andy Farrar handed out the list of new election officials to be appointed for the Aug. 6, 2026 election. The Commission recorded the distribution of that list in the minutes and scheduled its next meeting for July 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned after these items and the secretary’s signature appears on the minutes as submitted.
