Council approves interlocal election agreement, corrected utility easement and small property sale

Council adopted Resolution 2025‑012 authorizing the Mayor to sign the agreement.
The council also approved Resolution 2025‑011 to correct a legal description for a previously granted public utility easement in favor of Enbridge Gas (d/b/a Dominion Energy) near 70 South 100 East — a technical correction to the recorded easement. Finally, Council adopted Resolution 2025‑014 authorizing sale of a 540 square‑foot parcel (approx. 180 N 900 E) to Clark Shane Johnston for $15/sq ft ($8,100) subject to conditions including submission of a one‑lot subdivision plat, payment for the legal description for a quit claim deed, and construction of a retaining wall.
