The motion carried unanimously.
Later in the meeting Trustee Eric Jensen moved to adjourn at 7:07 p.m.; Trustee Cyd LeMone seconded. The roll call shows Trustees LeMone, Jensen and Rogers voting yes, Trustee Dianna Andersen not present, and Trustee Todd Williams recorded in the affirmative; the motion carried and the minutes were signed by Wendy Thorpe, City Recorder.
