Council appoints four members to Arts Commission; public comments urge historic recognition

Kyle and Carrie Fox urged the Council to consider renaming a street for longtime resident Mark Bezzant; City Administrator Scott Darrington outlined the city's code-based nomination process and asked the family to submit a formal proposal for Council consideration.
