Pleasant Grove scores 'low risk' on state fraud risk assessment, city finance director reports

Director Roy said the assessment evaluates separation of duties, audit processes and personnel policies and that the signed assessment will be posted publicly and includes a fraud hotline for reporting concerns.
Director Roy told the Council the assessment was implemented by the State Auditor about five years ago and that both the Finance Director and City Administrator sign the report before it is posted. Council members received the report during the work session as an effort to increase transparency.
