Rebecca Chiriboga, representing the applicant, said the developer accepted the names and clarified that three entries listed as duplicates were intended as continuations of existing street names rather than new, distinct streets: "We don't have any questions or comments at this time, but we accept the condition," she said.
Commissioners and staff agreed to remove the three duplicate entries from the approval list and retain the names as continuations where appropriate. After motion and second, the RPC approved SN‑246 with the agreed revisions.
What's next: The action is final by the RPC unless appealed to the Board of County Commissioners; staff will update the mapping and paperwork to reflect the agreed continuations and clear up the duplicate naming in the record.
