Board signs off on owner-occupied changes, growth report and other administrative items

The Kingsbury County Board of Equalization reviewed a series of administrative property items and approved the owner-occupied changes during its April 15 meeting. Commissioner Steve Spilde moved to approve the owner-occupied changes; Commissioner Corey Lundquist seconded the motion and the minutes record all present voting aye.
The Board also reviewed the water acres list (reported as approved by local township boards), reviewed growth lists showing continued county growth, examined the 2026 sales listing for informational purposes, reviewed local board minutes and approved several other changes by motion (Spilde; second Lundquist). These items were recorded as routine administrative business and will be reflected in county records and future reports.
