County reviews several small intergovernmental agreements and appropriations including OLDCC, USFS and school election contracts

County staff outlined several intergovernmental agreements and smaller appropriations. Trista Besich presented Resolution 26-24 to appropriate $13,750 within Fund 2942, Department 274 for the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC). Captain Kotesky presented Contract 26-65, a modification to a cooperative law enforcement agreement with the U.S. Forest Service for a reimbursable award of $6,183.07.
Terry Thompson presented two election contracts with school districts — Contract 26-66 with Sun River Valley School District 55F and Contract 26-67 with Ulm School District 85 — each effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to provide election services. These items were presented during the consent/contract portion of the work session; the minutes record their presentation and the dollar amounts for the OLDCC and USFS items.
