Residents press city on armory maintenance and repeated water breaks

Adams asked whether the City could procure materials and equipment internally so Public Works crews could make some repairs without relying entirely on contractors, potentially reducing cost and response time. Public Works Director Neal Winterton and Mayor Fugal acknowledged the concern and offered to meet with Adams to review options and the current repair process; Winterton also thanked the public for recognition of Public Works efforts during Strawberry Days.
