Pleasant Grove City Council on May 6 approved a land-sale agreement to transfer 0.08 acres (3,428 sq ft) to RW Devcor, LLC/Pete Rossi for $59,000 ($17.21 per sq ft), with closing contingent on Final Site Plan Approval.
City Attorney Tina Petersen explained the revision: a previously confusing depiction made the adjacent drive aisle look like a public road, but staff confirmed that lane was vacated in 2020 as part of the Wagner Subdivision and is a private drive aisle. The agreement now includes clarified language and an added Section E stating closing is contingent upon Final Site Plan Approval to resolve outstanding site concerns. Council voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2025-015.
The buyer and developer representatives were on hand; staff said the transaction will finalize after the site-plan conditions are cleared and final closing requirements met.
