Commissioners approve Chair's signature on Rodeo Grandstands Project Change Order No. 9

Event Center Director Kady Porterfield presented the staff report and described the items in the change order. Porterfield said staff anticipates "at least one more Change Order coming before the Commissioners for approval to include a few more items that came up over the last couple weeks." Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith moved to approve the Chair's signature on Change Order No. 9 and Chairman Cory Wright seconded; there was no recorded discussion and the motion passed.
The commissioners did not detail cost totals or specific line items of the change order during the meeting. Porterfield indicated additional change orders will return to the board for approval as further items are identified.
