Caryn Hojer, Register of Deeds and IT Administrator, asked the Board for authority to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dakota State University to participate in a Project Boundary assessment; the Board granted the authorization on a unanimous vote. Hojer also told commissioners the county needs to migrate email to a .gov domain and that she requested a quote from Infotech for that work.
Hojer reported the Laura Ingalls Wilder Society wants to conduct research in the basement vault and will sign a waiver acknowledging mold risk; the Board recorded the request but did not take further action beyond granting the MOU authority.
