Jenny Hammrich, Clerk of Courts Administrator, and Jennifer Malone, Clerk of Courts, presented a $34,633.85 estimate from Forte to replace the courtroom sound system. Hammrich told the board the UJS would contribute $10,000 toward the project and that $13,285 held in the county's Law Library fund could be used, leaving a county contribution of $11,633.85. The board voted to accept the estimate and proceed with purchase and installation by Forte.
Commissioner Steve Spilde moved to accept the estimate and Commissioner Corey Lundquist seconded; the motion carried with all present voting aye. The County Auditor was directed to record the expenditure and the purchase will proceed under the terms of the estimate.
