The Kingsbury County Board of County Commissioners approved the claims presented at the Feb. 17 meeting, directing the auditor to issue warrants. The claims list included routine vendor payments and a state remittance to the South Dakota Department of Revenue of $180,952.06.
"Motion by Spilde, second by Nelson that the following claims presented to the Board for consideration be approved and the County Auditor be directed to issue warrant checks for payment of same," the minutes record. The motion carried with all present voting aye.
In separate action the board approved a request from Ally Dakota Development to be permitted to internally approve prudent servicing actions for borrowers who have received loans from the county’s Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). Commissioners also approved payment of several other vendor invoices as listed in the minutes.
