The Kingsbury County Board of County Commissioners conducted the second reading of Ordinance 75, which proposes to amend Section 1.03.01 of the county zoning ordinance to reclassify Harty’s Addition (southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 109 North, Range 56 West) from “AG” (Agricultural) to “CI.”
Echo Steffensen, County Auditor, read the ordinance text on the record. The ordinance specifies it "shall take effect and be in full force and effect twenty (20) days after its publication." The reading also included the standard repeal clause for conflicting ordinance language.
No vote to adopt the ordinance on final passage is recorded in the minutes excerpt; the ordinance’s effective date and publication requirement were noted. The board did not record additional findings or public testimony during the second reading as presented in the minutes.
