The board discussed logistics (electric outlets, chairs, barrels) and confirmed no permit is required for rehabbers bringing raptors; staff agreed to provide up to 30 chairs and additional barrels. A committee member moved to waive the resident adult fee; the chair noted custodial costs still applied and the total fee would be adjusted to reflect custodial needs. The motion to approve the date, accept conditions and waive the adult fee carried unanimously.
