Oxford to replace guardrail after Oxford Road crash; Hebron and Oxford coordinate on culvert repair

Town Administrator Alicia Bryant told the Board that an accident on Oxford Road destroyed a guardrail and that responsibility for the accident report lies with Oxford because the crash was filed there.
Bryant said half of the culvert lies in Hebron and half in Oxford; Hebron replaced the other side of the guardrail in 2024. Given that prior work, both towns agreed Oxford will take responsibility for replacing the destroyed guardrail this time. The board directed staff to reach out to Oxford for a repair timeline, check with the EMA director about available resources, and look into grant opportunities for culvert replacement.
