Union County commissioners approved the audited claims and directed warrants to be drawn at their July 21 meeting. The minutes list payroll for 7/24/2026 at $103,192.35 and a long roster of vendor payments, including a construction payment to L & L Builders for $310,311.87, Ulteig Engineers for $46,718.94, Myrl & Roys Paving $39,148.68, Mollet Industrial Group $12,814.34 and many other suppliers and utilities.
The motion to approve claims was made by Kimmel and seconded by Ballard and was recorded as carried. The minutes show claim amounts across departments (Highway $34,098.57; Sheriff $19,238.42; Jail $27,941.60; Communications $16,918.85) and a range of vendor invoices for supplies, maintenance and professional services. These payments will be processed per county warrant procedures.
