Planning and public‑works staff (Wes and Scott) described each request as largely technical: lot consolidations in Desert Canyon, Rivers Edge at Sunbrook, Southgate Phase 5 and Sunniva Phase 2 required re‑establishing easements on new property lines, while an abandoned sewer pipeline alongside Riverside Drive is being vacated with staff committing to inspect the condition of the abandoned line. For the Santa Clara joint sewer line item the city attorney explained the easement status is a technicality because the pipe becomes a Saint George line only where it enters the city boundary.
All of these public‑hearing items drew no public speakers and passed by unanimous roll‑call votes. Wes told the council staff will follow up with camera inspection and provide details where the abandoned sewer line’s condition or cleanup responsibilities are unclear.
