County staff requested approval to submit the 2025 LMIG application to GDOT for resurfacing 2.2 miles from Bowman Mill Road to Pleasant Hill Church Road. Staff said the LMIG allocation would be $947,411.50 with a minimum 30% match of $284,223.45, bringing total project cost to $1,231,634.95; staff also said the county has budgeted $300,588.50 toward the project.
The Chair thanked staff for submitting the list early to avoid the usual late-season submissions to GDOT; a motion to approve the LMIG application was made and carried.
