Summary

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and recommended scopes of work for areas classified as severe. Krebs said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and hopes to present repair quotes at the next meeting; he is preparing a draft memorandum to inform affected homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their own driveways.
Cleo Adams and Bob Schultz will review the homeowner notice before it is mailed. The Board did not approve a contract at this meeting; staff will return with quotes and a recommended schedule for repairs.
