The beer-and-wine license application is the mechanism by which the trust would hold the required municipal license for operations at Rock Creek Golf Course; staff recommended approval and submission of the application. The public-comment period produced no speakers: “There were no comments made to the board.” With the consent items passed, Chairman Craig Henderson adjourned the meeting.
