The selectboard reviewed grant paperwork and contracts. Ricky Morin moved and Clayton Whittemore seconded to sign FEMA file #4474 final reimbursement paperwork; the paperwork was signed. The board also signed a grant agreement from the Lamoille County Planning Commission (LCPC) for $21,127.04 to assist with updating the original town office.
On procurement, bids for the clerk's office addition were opened and reviewed and Tim Bullard will contact the project architect for cost-saving options. The board signed a three-year printing contract with REPRO for the Town Report after Ricky Morin moved and Clayton Whittemore seconded the motion. The town also agreed to switch propane distributors under a three-year contract (Fred’s), a change the board said will save more than $2.00 per gallon compared with the prior distributor.
