After executive session, Salina board hires three employees, accepts two resignations

The board also accepted letters of resignation from Saphron Littledave and Brian Kratky and took no action on agenda item #16 (appointment of individual employees) and item #18 (new business). The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
