The board returned to open session at 6:16 p.m., with Chair Cuenod announcing that only agenda items were discussed and that no votes were taken during the executive session. A subsequent vote to accept the construction bid for the playground basketball court was tabled; the minutes record no final decision on the bid. The item will remain pending until the board schedules further action.
