Town Clerk report: vote tabulator serviced, ballots received, remote-capture unit to be installed

Cathy Ainsworth presented the Town Clerk report in Demetrius’s absence: the town’s vote tabulator has been serviced, ballots for the upcoming election have been received, and Demetrius attended a voter training session. Cathy said a “Remote Capture” unit from People’s Trust will be installed this week to support election operations.
The board had no objections and approved administrative items including minutes and warrants in separate motions. The Selectboard recorded the procedural updates without debate and indicated routine implementation steps would follow as the Town Clerk finishes equipment installation and testing.
