The Selectboard recorded the following motions and outcomes during the Nov. 26, 2024 meeting.
- Ricky Morin moved to approve the Nov. 12, 2024 minutes with two corrections (East Hill should read North Road; the referenced driveway permit was a permit to dig across the road). Tim Bullard seconded and the motion passed. - The board signed four orders (no further details in the minutes). - Ricky Morin moved and the board approved signing the road-salt quote; Clayton Whittemore seconded. - Clayton Whittemore moved to reject all bids for the clerk's-office addition; Ricky Morin seconded and the motion passed. - To preserve remaining ARPA funds, the board approved and signed a resolution documenting $228,115.23 in Blue Cross and Blue Shield health-insurance expenses (2/1/22โ9/9/24); Ricky Morin moved to sign the resolution and Tim Bullard seconded. - Ricky Morin moved to hire Pam Uhlendorff as the 2025 beach manager (with daughter Johnna and partner as assistants); Clayton Whittemore seconded and the motion passed. - The board confirmed the Dec. 10 regular meeting, added a budget-and-orders-only meeting on Dec. 16, cancelled the Dec. 24 meeting, and will attend a budget meeting at NHP/Eden Fire Department on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. - Ricky Morin moved to adjourn at 8:53 p.m.; Clayton Whittemore seconded and the meeting adjourned.
