Westfield announces InsightHealth partnership, piloted mental-health team at high school

A wellness presenter said Year 3 work under Goal 2 focused on student wellness, multi-tiered supports and mental-health services. "Throughout the year, we expanded our partnership with Rutgers University, piloted a mental health team at Westfield High School, and improved our intervention and referral processes to better meet student needs," the presenter said.
The presenter also announced the district selected InsightHealth as its new mental-health services partner to expand access to counseling, crisis support, telehealth services and family resources. The update listed expanded Universal Sports and Esports programming, counseling initiatives, and process improvements intended to better connect students to supports.
