Community Planning Director Meredith Penny presented the Land Use Element to the council and the council elected to listen to the presentation at the Nov. 18 meeting and continue substantive discussion at the Dec. 2 meeting. Councilmember Gail Fleming specifically requested that commissions be considered individually during reconciliation work.
No formal action or adoption occurred; the item is scheduled for further consideration on Dec. 2. Staff will provide additional materials and the council will resume deliberations at the next meeting.
