Andrew McNealus, Freddie Graves and Langford Davidson voted to approve the corrected minutes.
Planning Commission member Michael Duell abstained, saying he believed the minutes did not accurately record the discussion and that he wanted to see a clarified revision to Land Use Regulations Section 9.4 before endorsing the record. The minutes were recorded as approved in the meeting minutes despite the abstention; Jason Wilson will correct the omission in the proposed Section 9.4 revision for review at a future meeting.
