The Langley City Council unanimously adopted Resolution 850, the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan, during the public hearing held Nov. 18, 2024. Councilmember Gail Fleming moved to adopt the resolution and Councilmember Harolynne Bobis seconded; the motion was recorded as passing unanimously.
The transportation plan was considered alongside the capital plan and changes to the municipal fee schedule; Councilmembers asked questions of Public Works Director Randi Perry before voting. Adoption establishes the City’s prioritized transportation projects and supports grant applications and scheduling.
No vote counts beyond unanimous passage were recorded in the minutes; council did not attach additional amendments to the transportation plan at this meeting.
