The Planning Commission formally approved the June 9, 2025 minutes at the July 14 meeting (motion by Langford Davidson; second by Freddie Graves; all approved). Members closed the hearing portion of the meeting and discussed next procedural steps for the Land Use Regulations amendments.
Commissioners agreed to work through public comments and bring a revised draft to a warned Selectboard and CVRPC joint meeting on Aug. 11, 2025, if the Selectboard agrees to attend. Langford asked whether the commission should consult the town lawyer about recent legal questions concerning trail regulation; Zoning Administrator Jason Wilson said seeking legal advice "can't hurt," and Freddie suggested contacting the Vermont League of Cities and Towns (VLCT). The meeting adjourned after a motion by Langford and a second by Freddie (all approved).
