Board reviews revenues: transfer-station fees, recycling limits and vendor permits

Finance and department staff reviewed general revenue projections. On vendor permits, the Chair proposed a $1,000 placeholder in the revenue projection to account for vendor fees from events, noting current fees are very low. "I'd like to see a 1,000 dollars put in just as a just to start," the Chair said. The board discussed whether to charge a flat fee or a percentage of vendor revenue at events and directed staff to propose adjusted permit-fee options and a recommended placeholder amount in the revised revenue worksheet.
