The Tannehill Public School Board approved training and Christmas stipends, and multiple personnel appointments at the Dec. 10 meeting.
The board approved training stipends coded to the Stronger Connection Grant and the General Fund: specialty staff $862.16 each and part‑time staff $431.08 each. The minutes also record Keystone Foods will provide $215.54 to two cafeteria staff members and that the district will be billed for those amounts. Motions were moved by Cuenod and seconded by Freeburg and carried 3-0.
On personnel, the board approved moving Tammy Young to a paraprofessional position for the remainder of the 2024–25 school year, moving Serenitee Johnson to a teacher's aide position for the remainder of 2024–25, and approving Cindy Smith as an extra‑duty bus driver for the remainder of the school year. Each personnel motion carried 3-0.
