The Tannehill Public School Board voted to approve the evaluation and rehire of Superintendent Jonathan Booth for the 2025–2026 school year following an executive session on Dec. 10, 2024.
Board President Dave Cuenod announced after the executive session that "nothing other than the agenda items was discussed and no votes were taken during the executive session." The board then approved the evaluation and rehiring motion, recorded as carried 3-0 with Perry, Cuenod and Freeburg voting yes.
The executive session was convened under Title 25, Chapter 8, Section 307 O.S. § B.1. for the superintendent's annual evaluation and related personnel discussion. The motion to approve the evaluation and rehire was made by Cuenod and seconded by Freeburg. No terms of the employment contract were detailed in the public minutes.
