The Kingsbury County Board on March 17 authorized County Auditor Echo Steffensen to obtain a single purchase card from American Bank & Trust for larger county purchases.
The motion to allow the Auditor to obtain the purchase card passed unanimously (mover: Corey Lundquist; second: Roger Walls). In the same meeting the board approved a permit allowing Dakota Air Spray to land on county highways (mover: Steve Spilde; second: Troy Nelson) and asked that the deputy state's attorney review Dakota Air Spray's certificate of insurance for suitable coverage before operations proceed.
The board did not place additional conditions on the permit in the minutes other than requesting legal review of the insurance certificate. Steffensen also noted a supplemental TIF #1 budget hearing is scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
