The motion to approve claims was made by Commissioner Steve Spilde and seconded by Commissioner Corey Lundquist; the minutes record “All present voting aye.”
The claims list in the meeting materials also included routine highway supplies and services, utilities, and cell‑phone stipends for several county employees. No member of the board recorded a dissent on the motion. The board did not schedule additional review of the approved claims during the meeting.
