- Approved the RAP Tax Committee recommendations for FY27 (Broadway on Main $8,126 [condition: equipment remain with theater], Parowan City Arts $2,000, Utah Summer Games $5,000, and $41,874.41 to Parowan City Parks restroom project). Motion by Rochell Topham; second by David Burton; carried unanimously.
- Entered a second closed session to discuss personnel matters by motion of David Burton, seconded by David Harris; roll call recorded councilmember 'ayes' and the meeting adjourned following the closed session.
