Board adopts two plats for Ingalls and Sullivan’s Additions

The Kingsbury County Board accepted and adopted two plats presented by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Jan. 20. Resolution 2026‑3 approves the Plat of Ingalls Addition (NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 110 North, Range 56 West, 5th P.M.), and Resolution 2026‑4 approves the Plat of Sullivan’s Addition (S1/2SE1/4 of Section 34, Township 110 North, Range 56 West, 5th P.M.).
Both resolutions were read into the record and the Board moved to accept and adopt each resolution. Roll‑call voting was recorded with Commissioners Lee, Spilde, Walls and Lundquist voting aye; the motions carried. Chairman Kyle Lee was authorized to sign the recorded resolutions.
